Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16/10/2026.

1. Who we are.“Luxthemes”, “we”, “us”, is responsible for personal data collected through luxthemes.net and our products. Contact: info@luxthemes.net

2. What we collect.

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, company, messages you send, and billing details when you buy a licence.
  • Account and licence data: your licence key, the sites it is activated on, and purchase history.
  • Usage data: pages visited, browser and device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.
  • Payment data is processed by Stripe or Paypal; we never see or store full card numbers.

3. How we use it. To provide and support our products, process orders and licences, reply to messages, send product updates and security notices, improve our website and products, and meet legal obligations. We send marketing emails only if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, your consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligations.

5. Sharing. We share data only with service providers that help us operate — hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics — under contracts that protect it, or when required by law. We never sell your personal data.

6. International transfers. Where providers are outside your country, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above: order and invoice records for tax purposes; support and contact messages; marketing data until you unsubscribe.

8. Cookies. We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can change your choice in cookie settings or your browser.

9. Your rights. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email info@luxthemes.net; you can also complain to your data protection authority.

10. Security. We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data.

11. Our products and your visitors. Luxthemes Builder runs on your own website. Data it collects there — for example form submissions, leads and saved-search alerts — is stored in your WordPress database and controlled by you, not sent to us. You are responsible for telling your visitors about it in your own privacy policy.

12. Children. Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes. We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its date.
